SIGN IN/OUT SHEETS
You must sign your child in and out each day. It is important that a staff member sees you bring in your child
and pick them up.
Late Charge
Avoid a late charge. Pick up your child by 6:00p.m. Please make rrangements for someone else to pick up
your child and inform the Day Care Centre if you, personally, are unable to do so
.
A late charge of $7.00 for the first 15 minutes with an additional charge of $10.00 for each additional
15 minutes or part thereof will be charged. You must sign the LATE BOOK when you are late and
record the pick up time.
