Thorncliffe Park School Age Program operates within Thorncliffe Park Public School.
Our before and after school program operates during instructional school days
from 7:30 AM to 9:00AM and 3:15PM. On none school days , our program runs from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Our dedicated staff actively support children's learning by closely observing and documenting their interests and progress. We tailor our activities to align with these observations, offering a wide range of engaging experiences in drama, science, cognitive development, and art. This approach helps foster and expand the children's interests and knowledge base. Additionally, homework help and support are always available. Spaces exist within the classroom for children to play with others, seek quiet time after a busy day or creatively express themselves through art, drama or imaginative play.

Children who attend the program are escorted to and from Thorncliffe Park Public School. The daycare also receives children in the afternoon who are bussed from schools in the area.

The school age program also offers a nutritious lunch program for 21 children through-out the school year. Each meal is carefully crafted to provide essential nutrients, ensuring your child receives a well-balanced and delicious lunch every day. Registration is required for this part of the program. On all PD days, winter breaks and during our summer camps, a nutritional lunch is provided for all the children in the centre by our catering company Real Food for kids.
