Thorncliffe Park School Age Program operates within Thorncliffe Park Public School.
Our before and after school program operates during instructional school days
from 7:30 AM to 9:00AM and 3:15PM to 6:00PM. On none school days , our program runs from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Our dedicated staff actively support children's learning by closely observing and documenting their interests and progress. We tailor our activities to align with these observations, offering a wide range of engaging experiences in drama, science, cognitive development, and art. This approach helps foster and expand the children's interests and knowledge base. Additionally, homework help and support are always available. Spaces exist within the classroom for children to play with others, seek quiet time after a busy day or creatively express themselves through art, drama or imaginative play.

Children enrolled in our AM program are escorted by staff to their classrooms at Thorncliffe Park Public School. The school-age program also welcomes children in the afternoon who arrive by school bus from designated schools within the area. Transportation arrangements are specific to approved schools that provide bussing to the program.

The school-age program offers a nutritious lunch program for children throughout the school year. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to ensure it is both balanced and delicious, meeting your child’s nutritional needs. Registration is required to participate in this lunch program. On PA days, winter breaks, and during summer camps, all children in the centre receive a healthy lunch provided by our catering partner, Real Food for Real Kids.
